The farm is located approximately 11 miles east of the intersection of I-35 & Hwy. 80, San Marcos–about halfway between Martindale and Fentress and approximately one-quarter mile east of the Hwy. 80/FM 1977 intersection. Entrance is at Tip’s Turf billboard on South side of Hwy. 80.
From Austin:
Head SOUTH on I-35 to Exit 205 (Hwy 80) San Marcos. Turn LEFT onto Hwy. 80. The farm is located approximately 11 miles east of the intersection of I-35 & Hwy. 80, San Marcos–about halfway between Martindale and Fentress and approximately one-quarter mile east of the Hwy. 80/FM 1977 intersection. Entrance is at Tip’s Turf billboard on South side of Hwy. 80.

Head South on TX-130 Toll Road. Take the exit toward TX-80 N. Turn RIGHT onto TX-80 N. Turn LEFT onto farm road at Tip’s Turf billboard (approximately 0.7 miles from 130).
From San Antonio:
Head NORTH on I-35 to Exit 205 (Hwy 80) San Marcos. Turn RIGHT onto Hwy. 80.
